Located in the heart of the resort, close to Studenets Ski Center - only 350 meters from the lift station Studenets-Snezhanka and only 300 meters from Ski Center 1 - the former bus station, the hotel offers excellent conditions for recreation, entertainment and comfort.

Sunny Hills Hotel has been operating since 20.12.2017 and has a capacity to accommodate a maximum of 280 guests in studios and hotel-type apartments (without kitchen equipment). The base is built in a modern style, non-traditional interior solutions, Scandinavian design and is suitable for all kinds of festive events, family celebrations, weddings, corporate parties, conferences and seminars, formal cocktails, team building, winter and summer holidays all year round. In the winter season we welcome guests, lovers of white sports, and in the summer we offer outdoor barbecue, summer garden, attractions, excursions, visits to caves, eco-trails, horseback riding and more.

RESTAURANT

The restaurant has a capacity of 140 to 160 seats with an emphasis on Bulgarian and international cuisine. Space, good acoustics and technical sound equipment complement the modern design of the restaurant and make it a suitable place for organized events. Guests can enjoy a taste of local specialties and international cuisine. Option for outdoor barbecue around the base in nature.

We provide meals for different boarding houses: - Breakfast: buffet from 8 am to 10 am - Dinner: 19 - 21.30 pm buffet - over 20 people, under 20 people - set menu - Possibility for all inclusive light with alcohol included and soft drinks / water - Ala-Kart Menu.

RELAX AREA

Modern and functional wellness center, featuring a Finnish sauna, sauna with aromatherapy, salt room with hologenerator, 2 jacuzzis, is fully available to guests for an additional fee - 5 BGN / person.
Massages, slippers and bathrobes are available for a deposit.

CHILDREN'S CENTRE

A clean cozy and beautifully furnished children's center with a professional pedagogue and animator will make your children's stay pleasant and interesting. For the older ones we have a games room with billiards, ice hockey and table football.

LOBBY BAR

The lobby bar offers quality wines and drinks from all brands and regions as well as signature cocktails, daily promotions and offers.
